My Everyday Makeup Routine

Hello guys! I hope you're all doing well...

For today's post I was thinking about sharing my everyday makeup routine and take you step by step through it by showing you every product that I use on a daily bases.
Before I begin, I just wanted to inform you that I will try my best not to write long posts like my last one, guess I got a little bit too excited about taking on my blog again!

Soooo, back to today's topic, I wanted to share with you guys my makeup routine because It's very easy. It takes literally 5 minutes which is perfect for non-morning people like me and It's almost all drugstore.

1./The first thing I do in the morning after brushing my teeth and washing face is applying my Bourjois 123 CC Cream that I looooove so much. I love it so much that last time I went to the drugstore I bought one for my mum, my aunt and got another one for myself and I swear everytime I wear it I get compliments. I made my best friend and cousin buy it and they also got a lot of compliments about their skin. The reason why I love it so much is because I tend to have a red undertone to my skin and this corrects it just perfectly because of the green pigments. The other reason is when it's getting hot I just can't stand the feeling of foundation on my skin. It just feels so heavy and gives me the impression that I'm melting (I know it's weird). So this is why this CC Cream is the perfect alternative. It also gives you that glow like you're shining from within.

2./Then I set my T zone (forehead, nose and chin) with a translucent powder to avoid getting oily. For this I use the Soap & Glory  "One Heck Of a Blot"  powder.

3./The next step is optional. I don't do this every single day because yes, i tend to get lazy... but if you want to bring dimension to your face I recommend bronzing your face a little bit. I usually will bronze my cheeks, forehead and bottom of my chin. These are the area where the sun hits so you want to keep it natural. For that I use the Nars Laguna Bronzer that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ! Mine is almost finished so I will probably need to buy a new one.

4./ To bring more life out of my face I use my favourite MAC Margin Blush which has a frost finish to it so it contributes to that fresh 'glowy' look. The great thing about this blush is that it compliments all skin tones because of it's beautiful coral/brownish colour.

5./ To finish the look, I add (of course) some mascara and the one I use is the Maybelline The Falsies (the packaging is purple with a black lace). This is BY FAR the best mascara I have ever used in my life and God knows how many mascaras i've tried so far. From drugstore to high-end this is the one that gave the most volume and length to my lashes. Even if I'm doing a heavy eye makeup I won't use falsies because this mascara just imitates the effect of them.

And for the lips... just go with whatever you want !!

Before I end my post, I wanted to thank my friends for giving me feedback which I appreciate a loooot! They were so supportive and it's always heart-warming to know that people are supporting you, especially when it comes from your friends. I feel like the most difficult thing for me was getting over people's criticism... I know it sounds very easy to do but trust me, it isn't!
I know people will mock me and say: "Why is she doing a blog? Who the hell does she think she is?" Well, listen, I've had a passion for fashion since my youth and I discovered the whole beauty world a couple of years ago and I fell in love with it just as much. This is why I'm taking time to share these topics with you guys. People will always criticize, no matter what, but who cares?! YOU DO YOU !
This is why I'm so grateful for my friends and family who support me in everything I do.
I also wanted to take a moment to thank people who took their time to read my articles.
I guess little things like that matters the most...
Anyway, after this long and highly-developed explanation, my point was to tell you that some of you found that the bags featured in my last post were very expensive and YES THEY ARE. But I promise to do my best to find more affordable bags for the Spring/Summer which I think will relate to more people (including myself).
